Frances Stewart has owned and operated Stewart Small Childcare for 18 years and is currently a 5 Star NAFCC nationally accredited center. She has her associate degree in Early Childhood Education, her Certificate of Mastery, and is a gold level Director. She has partnered with Rainbow Fleet and Moore Norman Vo-tech to teach and monitor childcare providers earning their CDA’s. She has also partnered with NAFCC and Rainbow Fleet to teach other childcare providers how to earn their NAFCC accreditation. She is currently working with OCCC to offer onsite training and classroom feedback for students enrolled in their Child Development program and is a member of the Board of Advisors for the OCCC Childcare Department.
